Estimated Shipping Times
Domestic (U.S.):
- Standard: 3–5 business days
- Express: 1–2 business days
International (Canada & UK):
- Standard: 7–10 business days
- Express: 2–4 business days
Please note: Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier availability.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Costs
- U.S. Orders Over $75: Free standard shipping
- U.S. Orders Under $75: $6 flat rate shipping
- International Orders (Canada & UK): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method (Standard or Express)
Important Note
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot change the address after dispatch. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
For international orders, duties, taxes, and any applicable customs fees are not included in the order total and are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.
Order Status and Tracking

Back Orders and Pre-Orders
If your order includes pre-ordered or backordered items, there may be a delay in shipping or split shipments.
